Recent trends have brought to light ancient Indian hair care routines, sharing secrets for long, soft, and healthy hair. As everyone experiments with new self-care methods supported by infinite resources online, the desire to look and feel better is universal. Rosemary oil is a crucial component of our oil.

Rosemary oil has gained significant popularity as an effective remedy for rapid hair growth, and its benefits are backed by scientific evidence. Originally a common kitchen herb, rosemary has found its way into the beauty routine of many, with numerous testimonials and video proof on platforms like TikTok attesting to its efficacy in regrowing edges, thickening hair, and lengthening locks.

Rosemary oil's benefits stem from its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antimicrobial properties, largely due to carnosic acid, a phenolic chemical compound in the plant.[1] These properties help rejuvenate damaged nerves and tissue, creating an optimal environment for hair growth. By improving blood flow to the scalp, rosemary oil ensures hair follicles receive the necessary nutrients, reducing shedding and promoting healthier, stronger hair.[2]

A quote by Claire Martin in a Vogue issue of March 2024[3] stated that “a large supply of oxygen is crucial for hair to grow at its full potential.” Therefore, using a derma roller or scalp massager to stimulate hair follicles may be beneficial. Once applied, massage the oil into the scalp gently for ten minutes or so. You can then wait up to thirty to sixty minutes for the oil to fully infiltrate the scalp before washing it with a mild herbal shampoo.

Research supports the claims of rosemary oil’s effectiveness. A 2015 study[4] demonstrated that rosemary oil could be as effective as minoxidil, a well-known hair growth treatment, in increasing the hair count of alopecia sufferers after six months of use. Dr. Zayn Majeed, a hair surgeon at Harley Street Hair Clinic, explains that rosemary oil strengthens circulation and improves blood supply to hair follicles. Adequate blood supply is crucial for maintaining the growth phase of the hair cycle and preventing hair loss.

In addition to Rosemary oil, our latest Amara hair oil[5] is expertly crafted with rejuvenating ingredients to promote optimal hair growth.

The blend includes:

●      Jojoba Oil: This oil closely resembles the scalp's natural sebum, making it an excellent deep moisturizer that hydrates hair follicles without clogging pores.

●      Sandalwood: Stimulates the outer root sheath of hair follicles, prolonging the hair growth phase.

●      Sweet Almond Oil: Rich in vitamin E, antioxidants, and fatty acids, it strengthens hair, protects it from damage, and enhances resilience.

●      Sesame Seed Oil: With antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties, it maintains scalp health by preventing infections, soothing irritation, and reducing dandruff.

This expertly crafted harmonious blend ensures your hair remains nourished, healthy, and vibrant, delivering a touch of luxury with every use.
