Shipping is only within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico
Shipping in the US is FREE! No minimum purchase.
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order placed before 2 P.M. PST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We also offer expedited shipping, please check for pricing info below.
FREE Standard shipping and takes 2 - 7 business days
Expedited shipping is $20-25 and takes 2 - 3 business days.
Tracking Orders: Please place your order at surrasa.com. Once the order is placed Monday through Friday (before 2pm PST), the order will be confirmed via email and once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent via email with a tracking number. If the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
All cancellations and/or modifications of an order will be honored if it is within 2 hours after the order has been placed. Once the 2 hour window is over, we cannot guarantee the order will be canceled or any changes can be made. We are not responsible for packages being delivered by third party shipping agencies as well as the contents or the delivery once it has arrived at its original destination. Holidays: All orders process and ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Packages do not ship on weekends or the following US holidays:.
Return & Exchange Policy
We value your trust in us and want you to enjoy our products, but if you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return it for a full refund within 10 days of purchase. All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days upon receiving the return shipment and an email confirmation with the details of your refund will be sent.
Only products purchased on our website may be returned for a refund or exchange.
We cannot accept any opened bottles, empty jars, partially empty jars, or jars filled with tampered with or other materials for refund or exchange. We will not accept partial returns or exchanges for bundle sets, the complete set needs to be returned in its original condition for a refund.
Shipping cost is taken care of by the customer for returns.
If a package is marked as delivered, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount. We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, or misused we cannot refund or accept a return.
Surrasa reserves the right to not offer this refund to any user suspected of abusing this return policy. Only the cost of the product plus any taxes paid (as applicable) will be eligible for refund. Shipping charges paid are not eligible for a refund. If you are not satisfied with one product in a shipment that contains multiple products, only the one product will be eligible for a refund.
