FREE WORKSHOP 3: Longevity and Skin. Impact of sleep on women skin!
Discussions will focus on sleep patterns and aging. Studies have found that people who sleep seven to nine hours have healthy moisturized skin. Does sleep increase skin's blood flow, and rebuild collagen? Can Ayurveda help? Let's discuss these questions and more during the workshop!

A 3 part series, where we will discuss women skin issues. Effects of diet, and poor sleep quality on human health and skin and visible signs of aging will be a key discussion topic. The workshop will be an open QnA.
On December 5th, lets look at 5 important hormones: insulin, melatonin, estrogen, testosterone and cortisol and how they influence women health.
On December 12th, anti-inflammatory diet and skin care will be discussed. Why is it important and why is it trending? Focus will be on herbal ingredients that are anti-inflammatory and safe to use. What key ingredients in Surrasa's skincare products are anti-inflammatory?
On December 19th, causes for poor sleep, how it influences our skin and how diet and lifestyle changes can help with our sleep patterns will be addressed. Please bring your questions.
